Australian Government (2006-2008)
Using Content Management Systems (CMS) and the Australian Government Style Guide, wrote scripting for a web-based reference manager in a clear, readable style. Its purpose was to provide fast and accurate information about taxation matters to clients by customer service officers.

- Creating Excel spreadsheets for accounting purposes
- writing technical manual to include database and business and systems management;
- training client to use management systems to expedite business.

Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC). (2005-2006). Six-month contract. Classifier-assessor.
- Analysed material against its legislative criteria, Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 and wrote reports on my findings to the Board.
- Compiled a 70-page manual to aid assessors in the interpretation of the Act.
